I have my garden in mid-September, after the tomatoes and cucumbers have been arrested and eaten (it's amazing!). My father had also planted zucchini in the garden. I was ready before the system reduced, because the vines were stifled by the cucumber plant.
This weekend I went into the garden to clean, and I found a very large zucchini. This thing is huge! It is difficult, the length of my middle finger next to me!
Anyway, I do not want to lose, and I think that the baking of bread or cake. My question is this great zucchini cook well? Have you lost your taste?
In fact, the skin is dark green and their flesh is firm. There are no soft tissue.
