Thank You Letter For Employment Offer Offer Letter Received For Employment But Never Actually Called For Work. Is There A Legal Remedy?

Offer letter received for employment but never actually called for work. Is there a legal remedy? - thank you letter for employment offer

Applied to the website for seasonal employment - shortlisted - letter received from the offering. He participated in a paid training (orientation), where I learned that the company is likely to call me "soon". Up to two full months, no calls. Constantly by telephone calls (he was not followed to the voice mail and no one answered).

I feel my rights have refused to work, because if I ever offered a job elsewhere. Can I claim compensation? If so, how long should I wait or when should I do?
Thank you in advance for this community.

There have been deprived of work B / C you might have looked elsewhere for news of them. Unless an agreement with the employer promises a certain amount of work (hours) is not likely.
