The swollen area just below the chin. It is soft and not painful, and slightly lowered. It now seems to have to 2 chin.

Sounds normal. Radiation can cause waves and swells area. It is also cumulative, which, even if it occurs after the completion of impact. My hair fell out after I was over. My skin has turned brown, where the radiation in. It is only now that I was 2 months ago. The swelling was down and if it stays as always, it is better than the alternative.
