I am currently building a new home. Prices have since gone down. Do I have any way to get my price lowered? - home building prices

We have a contract with a new house in March. New houses in our development is slow, and sales of the past week the price has been reduced from ~ $ 25,000. My house is ready to be still under construction and will, later in October. Have I received a legal channels to the manufacturer to lower my price as well, or am I just stuck?
